Direct debit perpetual enrolment

Benefits of a Direct Debit Perpetual Enrolment:

• Perpetual Enrolment. You will be enrolled until you decide to stop
• No re-enrolling each term, no more lining up at the swim school office or completing online payments 4 times a year
• No upfront term payment required
• Fortnightly payments of two lessons will be made automatically from the bank account or credit card of your choice.
• Lesson suspensions will be available from Term 1 2018. (New terms and conditions to be advertised shortly)
   

Complete a Direct Debit Agreement Form or visit the Swim School Office. Once a completed form has been received you will only be required to pay a two week fee upfront and your fortnightly debits will commence see Payment Calendar below. Send completed forms to the Aquatics Programs Manager at AquaticProgramsSupervisors@sopa.nsw.gov.au
